Terence: "Also, nachdem du mich nun ein paar Jahre nicht gesehen hast, freust du dich nicht, mich im Film zu sehen, weil du dann keinen Frieden mehr hast? Ein Bruder - ich meine, nach so vielen Jahren komme ich dich besuchen und du sagst "Ich will dich nicht sehen?" Das machst du in dem Film, ich weiß nicht, ob mir das gefällt!"

Bud: "Ich will nicht, daß du mein Bruder bist! Ich will nicht, daß es so läuft wie in den anderen Filmen! Du kommst in dem Moment, wenn ich total entspannt bin, du kommst und machst mich immer nervös! Ich weiß nicht warum das so ist. Es ist immer dasselbe! Ich kapiere es nicht. Ich muß ins Gefängnis und du kommst wieder raus. Dann willst du mich aus dem Knast holen... Ich hätte vielleicht sterben können wegen deiner... Mentalität!

Terence: "Aber wir sind doch Brüder! Es ist nicht meine Schuld, es ist halt so passiert, weißt du..."

Bud: "Du hast gesagt: "Ich schieße das Seil (am Galgen) durch", dann schießt du es aber doch nicht durch, weil ein kleiner Hund angelaufen kommt..."

Terence: "Nein, wenn du da hängst, sollte ich schießen, und du weißt, daß ich nie daneben schieße. Es ist nicht meine Schuld, der Hund kommt und beißt mir ins Bein, ich kann nicht mehr auf's Seil zielen und du hängst eben ein bißchen länger da. Glücklicherweise... - aber ich werde nicht sagen, wie wir das Problem lösen - also alles was ich sagen will ist daß er im Film am Galgen hängt, ich das Seil nicht durchschießen kann, weil der Hund mich in den Fuß beißt und er aber einen Ausweg findet, den ich nicht verraten werde, so daß er nochmal davonkommt. Ganz alleine!"

Bud: "Du rettest den Banditen, da schießt du das Seil im richtigen Moment durch, und bei mir? Nichts!"

Terence: "Ja, aber du findest einen Weg um dein Leben zu retten - den verraten wir nicht!"

Terence: "So you mean that after the few years you didnt see me anymore, you're not happy to see me in the film, because you're not having your peace anymore? A brother - I mean, I come to visit you after so many years and you say "I don't want to see you?" That's what you do in the film! I don't know if I like it!"

Bud: "I don't want you to be my brother. I dont want it to work the same way as in the other films! You arrive at the moment when I am completely relaxed, you arrive and you make me nervous all the time. I don't know why it happens. It's all the time the same thing. I can't understand it. I go to jail and you go out. Then you are coming to get me out of the jail... maybe I could have died for your... things, your mentality!"

Terence: "But after all we are brothers, it's not my fault, it just happens like this, you know!"

Bud: "You said "I shoot the cord", then you don't shoot the cord because a little dog is coming ..."

Terence: "No when you are hanging out there, I was supposed to shoot and you know that I never miss, it's not my fault, the dog comes along and bites my leg, I can't shoot the rope anymore and you stay there hanging a little bit and real lucky that... - but I won't say how we solve the problem - anyway, all I want to say is that he is hanging in the picture, I can't shoot the rope because the dog is biting my foot, but he has a solution, which I am not going to say, so that you save your life.
